This is a tutorial with pictures that can help you work with your pirep maker system and make it easy to send your pirep to the processing system.

First up you open the Operations Centre you found in the download

You'll find something like this:

Here you just click the OK button.

You'll have a page like this:

Where it ask for mail server all you type is "Detect" as shown on the picture above

The information you are filling should be like this:

Then you click on the OK button.

Another screen will open and you'll see this:

Click on the button near Pilot ID and enter the pilot ID that has been sent to you while applying to VA.

Click on the button near Date Joined and enter the date that the Application reply from US has been received. Eg. 17 February 2009

This Pirep system has a lot of features included but first we are going to go straight to.

Click on the button "Pirep System"

This screen will come up and here is an example of how it should be filled in:

After you've filled all the fields correctly you click on the button on the bottom right that says "Manual~ Make Report Now"

You will then get a confirmation message saying this:

Your report will be saved in the folder you extracted your Pirep maker.

To avoid confusion I ask you to rename your report by just simply right clicking on it and clicking on rename. Let the                     <your last name> flight report part stay and put the date and number of flight it was for today.

Example: Gonzo Flight Report 17/01/09 1 or Gonzo Flight Report 17/01/09 2 or Decaster Flight Report 25/02/09 etc etc

In order to send the report you go to your e-mail and attach the report and send it to :
